I deal with, and have experience in, a wide variety of building types.

Most of my projects are domestic and small scale commercial, including interiors.

What I can do for you:

• I can help you with your brief: if you have a project in mind but aren't sure exactly what you want to do, you could always ask me.
• Design! - this is what the architectural profession is supposed to be about! I don't just "draw up plans". Imagination, personal attention, careful detailing.these will give you a better building.
• Full Architectural Service - I can provide a full architectural service from inception to completion
• Planning Applications, Warrant Applications - On smaller projects in particular, I can provide design services as well as making the application for the essential statutory consents rather than providing the full architectural service. In crude terms this means that the client is responsible for the project after the building warrant has been granted, and therefore tenders for, and appoints the contractor.
• Somewhere in between. I can also carry out work such as site visits (on my own projects) and interior design on an ad hoc basis by agreement, if you have only employed me to apply for the statutory consents.
